Hannah Montana Visits Hospital

Our favorite star, Miley Cyrus stopped by a hospital in Washington, DC in between shows to cheer up some sick kids. What a sweetie Miley is.

The hospital is called, Georgetown University Medical Center and Children’s Hospital.

I think it's super-cool that Miley was able to take time out of her crazy hectic concert schedule to visit some really sick kids who probably can't see Hannah Montana live. She posed for pictures, signed autographs and talked to them. Miley is so cool :)

Miley Cyrus Responds to Body Double

Miley's PR people came out and made an official statement about the use of the body double,

"To help speed the transition from Hannah to Miley, there is a production element during the performance of 'We Got the Party' incorporating a body double for Miley," explained the rep. "After Hannah has completed the featured verse on the duet with the Jonas Brothers, a body double appears approximately 1 - 2 minutes prior to the end of the song in order to allow Miley to remove the Hannah wig and costume and transform into Miley for her solo set."

It's like, WE. Hannah Montana still rocks, we love you Miley, don't let the haters bring you down.

Everyone seems to be going bonkers over the supposed 'fake' Hannah Montana during the Best of Both Worlds Tour with The Jonas Brothers. Supposedly Miley Cyrus leaves the stage and a fake Hannah Montana replaces her.

I mean, like all singers and famous people use body doubles. It's not like a new concept, but WE. Here is the supposed evidence,

Dallas Mom Apologizes

On TV today, the mom of the girl who lied about her daddy dying in Iraq to win Hannah Montana tickets apologized. The tickets are being awarded to another family. Whoo hooo. Here is what one site reports,

Priscilla Ceballos came under the brutal media spotlight on 28 December when it surfaced that the essay written by her 6-year old daughter proclaiming the father had died in Iraq, was indeed false.

Ceballos intially claimed that the rules didn’t say anything about it needing to be a true essay. This is a classic example of the “spirit of the law v. the letter of the law.”

Club Libby Lu has awarded the makeover and Hannah Montana tickets to another child.

Ceballos appeared this morning on NBC’s Today show to apologize publicly for the situation. She said she has told her child the truth about why she won’t be attending the concert.

This is a sad commentary on the shallowness of today’s society when tickets for a tween concert can compel people to act in this nature. I imagine that Ceballos was attempting to give her daughter something that was desperately wanted but the means did not justify the end.

Emily Osment Interview

I saw this really cool Emily Osment interview from the Morning Show with Mike and Juliet. In it, she talks about her character, Lilly Truscott, in the Hannah Montana show. She also talks about Miley Cyrus' dad, Billy Ray Cyrus. It's funny when they talk about mullets.



Emily is so cute, she kinda looks a little like her brother. She has a great voice and she can sing really awesome.

Miley Cyrus Outside the Trump Hotel

Miley Cyrus has been out and about NYC and here is a picture of Miley outside of her hotel, the Trump Tower, in NYC. OMG, I would love to go to NYC, it's so cool, they have tons of lights and that cool ball that comes down in New Year's Eve. I bet Miley and all her Hannah Montana friends were having a cool New Years Eve party in NYC.

Miley Cyrus is not a Lesbian

There were some photos of Miley and a friend having a good time and sharing some licorice. Some people made them public and suggested that Miley was like some kind of sex crazy lesbian. She is NOT a lesbian, the photos were taken at a sleepover party where Miley and her friend were just having a good time.



This is what Miley says about the whole lesbian rumor,

"They're nothing bad! At first, I was really upset. It really sucks. [The girl in the pictures] was a friend of mine that's a normal girl. [Now] she has to go to school and deal with this crap. It's two girls at a sleepover, and if all of a sudden that's bad, then what is the world coming to?

"What I decided before I came out to LA and started working was the minute I didn't have fun was the minute I go home. I don't want to go home, and I don't want to not do what I do, because I love it, but this...it's Satan attacking. It's not something I'm going to let slide. I'm really upset about it, 'cause it was, like, not even a big deal."

So there, Miley Cyrus is NOT a lesbian, OK.
